CUSTOMIZATIONS
Collections from Workman Creative Co. are semi-custom. All wording can be fully personalized with your wedding details and artwork colors can be changed for an added fee. We do not offer any customizations to our collection suites beyond custom artwork colors and wording. The design layout remains the same as shown.
All products, designs, and elements created by Workman Creative Co. are the sole property of Workman Creative Co. and not available for reuse, reproduction, or any other use other than by Workman Creative Co. Client can not use any elements, logo, monograms, illustrations, motifs, or designs from Workman Creative Co. on any goods, websites, paper products, or other items without explicit permission from Workman Creative Co. No other company may reproduce any design elements from Workman Creative Co. without a reuse license.
ERRORS AND TYPOS
Workman Creative Co. will in no event be responsible for errors approved by clients. If there is an error in the proof provided to you and you approve the incorrect design and/or wording, you will be responsible for the cost of reprinting. However, if you receive an incorrect print that does not match the proofs you approved, Workman Creative Co. will take full responsibility and provide complimentary reprints.
TURNAROUND TIME
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a digital proof within 7 business days. If your order includes a custom artwork, proofing time will take up to an additional 2 weeks. If you fail to include any required information on your order (such as event date, location, etc.) we cannot proceed with design until such information has been provided to us. We may follow up with you regarding this information, but it is ultimately your sole responsibility to provide us with complete information. The design of your piece will not begin until we have complete information from you; therefore, all production timelines which may have been provided to you cannot be guaranteed until and unless you provide us with all necessary details and information. If you choose to include a photograph on your item (such as on the back of your save the date) you are responsible for providing it to us in a timely manner and in a high-resolution image format. Failure to do so may incur further delays in the proofing and/or production timelines. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur in the design and production of your order due to your failure to provide us with any and all necessary information.
When you receive your proof, you will sign a proof approval agreement, and any remaining balance on your account must be paid. After the Agreement is signed and all remaining balances are paid, printing begins the next business day.
Printing times are as follows:
Digital Printing - approximately 7 business days
Letterpress Printing - approximately 3-4 weeks
Foil Printing - approximately 2-3 weeks
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All stationery ships via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it ships. Expedited shipping and shipping through alternate carriers is available upon request for an added fee.
Once your order is shipped, Workman Creative Co. is not held responsible for damages, loss, delivery delays, or any other shipping issues under any circumstances. If your package is delayed, damaged, lost, or if you have any other concerns regarding the delivery of your package, please contact USPS immediately.
ASSEMBLY AND MAILING
Invitations arrive unassembled. Full assembly is required. If you would like Workman Creative Co. to assemble your invitations for you, you can purchase assembly here.
When mailing invitations, keep in mind that Workman Creative Co. cannot be held responsible for any mailed items that are damaged, arrive open on delivery, or marked “return to sender” by USPS, as they are an independent third party. Hand canceling is required for wax seals and bulky envelopes, i.e. suites with belly bands, lined envelopes and/or more than three detail cards. This prevents bulky invitations from being mangled/torn in the sorting machine.
REORDER POLICY
It is recommended to order at least 10% extra invitations than you need. We are always glad to offer reprints when needed, but please note that the cost to print 25 invitations is much higher (per piece) than it is to print a high volume of prints, i.e. 150 prints. Should you need to order additional prints at a later time, a minimum of 25 prints is required.
COVID-19/EVENT POSTPONEMENT
Should your wedding be postponed due to COVID-19 or for any other reason, we are glad to offer reprints of your invitations at a reduced cost. We are also glad to offer postponement announcements to clients at a reduced cost.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because our products are made specifically to your specifications, orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. Workman Creative Co. cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges in the event of cancellations or event changes.
